Lisa Raymond

Lisa Raymond ( born August 10, 1973 in Norristown, Pennsylvania) is an American tennis player.

Career

Raymond began at the age of seven years with the tennis games. It is among the best doubles players in the world, at Grand Slam tournaments she already won six titles in a double and five in mixed doubles. She also won the doubles title four times at the WTA Tour Championships.

In single- Raymond reached in their careers once each quarter-final at the Australian Open and at Wimbledon. Overall, they won four titles in a single so far, twice in the tournament in Memphis. They also defeated in the course of their careers several world class players such as Venus Williams, Arantxa Sánchez Vicario, Monica Seles and Martina Hingis.
