Tolgay Ali Arslan ( born August 16, 1990 in Paderborn ) is a German -Turkish football player standing at Hamburger SV in the German Bundesliga under contract.

Tolgay Arslan began with five and a half years at SC Green-White Paderborn with the football. There he spent the next seven years. For the season 2003/ 04 he became a C -teenager in the youth department of Borussia Dortmund, where he was active until the A- Youth ( U -19). Hamburger SV
