Voghiera

Voghiera is an Italian municipality ( comune ) with 3823 inhabitants ( 31 December 2012) in the province of Ferrara, in Emilia -Romagna. The community is located about 13 kilometers southeast of Ferrara.

History

The history of the community extends far into the Middle Ages: To 330 probably the bishop's residence in today's district Voghenza was established. This lasted until 657 The story is also connected to Niccolò III. d' Este, the Delizia di Belriguardo erected.

Traffic

North of the village of Raccordo Autostrada 8 of Ferrara to Porto Garibaldi runs on the Adriatic Sea.
