World Pool League

The World Pool League was one of Matchroom Sport and the WPA ( World Pool - Billiard Association ) oriented 9- ball pool billiards tournament. It was held annually between 1998 and 2006 and was always held in Warsaw, Poland.

It was an invitational tournament in which six of the best pool player in the first mode Each competed against each. The four best qualified for the semifinals, was further played from where a knockout system. At the tournament in 2006 there was for the winner Dennis Orcollo a prize of $ 20,000.
