Geographical Location

New Wulmstorf extends between Hamburg in the east, the Old Country to the north, the Harburg low mountain in the southeast, Buchholz in der Geest North Heath and the south and Buxtehude in the West. History

The later eingemeindeten southern villages are hundreds of years old. The Elstorfer Nicolai church dates from around 1200.
