1990–91 English Premiership (rugby union)

The season 1990/1991 the English Premier League was the fourth season of the top flight of English rugby union championship. For sponsorship reasons it was called Courage League. It included twelve game days, each team played once each against the other. The league title won for the second time Bath Rugby. At the end of the season, Moseley RFC and the Liverpool St Helens FC had to dismount.

National Division One

The season of second division ( National Division One) comprised 12 game days, each team played once each against the other. The two top-ranked teams, the Lions Rugby and London Irish, were promoted to the Premiership. Relegated to the National Division Two had the Moseley RFC and the Headingley FC.
