2002–03 English Premiership (rugby union)

The 2002/03 season of the English Premier League was the 16th season of the top flight of English rugby union championship. For sponsorship reasons it was called Zurich Premiership. It began on August 30, 2002, consisted of 22 game days (one forward and reverse turn) and lasted until 10 May 2003. Subsequently, the second and third- placed team wore a semi-final. The winner met on 31 May 2002 in the final at Twickenham Stadium on the qualifying winner of the regular championship. The league title won for the third time the London Wasps. Descent had the Bristol Shoguns.

The season of second division ( National Division One) comprised 26 game days (one forward and reverse round). The best-placed team Rotherham Titans rose to the Premiership. Descent had the Moseley RFC and Rugby Lions.
