2004–05 English Premiership (rugby union)
The 2004/05 season of the English Premier League was the 18th season of the top flight of English rugby union championship. For sponsorship reasons it was called Zurich Premiership. It began on 4 September 2004 comprised 22 game days (one forward and reverse turn) and lasted until 30 April 2005. Subsequently, the second and third- placed team wore a semi-final. The winner met on 14 May 2005 at the finals at Twickenham Stadium on the qualifying winner of the regular championship. The league title won for the third time in a row and the fifth time overall, the London Wasps. Descent had the Harlequins.

The season of second division ( National Division One) comprised 26 game days (one forward and reverse round). The best-placed team Bristol Shugons rose in the Guinness Premiership. Descent had the Henley RFC and Orrell RUFC.
