2005 Kazakhstan Premier League
The Super League in 2005 was the 14th season of the highest Kazakh league for football the men.
Preseason
The Super League was reduced to 16 teams. The best club in the second division Bolat AMT Temirtau won the relegation match against FK Alma- Ata 2-1 and went up. The FK Alma -Ata could still remain in the Super League, as the clubs Jassy Turkestan, Kaisar Kyzylorda and Aqschajyq Oral have waived participation. As defending champion Kairat Almaty went into the season.
