2013 Open GDF Suez

The Open GDF Suez 2013 was the 21st edition of the hard court tennis tournament in Paris. It was a tournament of the premier category of the WTA Tour in 2013. The tournament was held from 28 January to 3 February 2013.

Another women's tournament in Pattaya as part of the International Category of the WTA Tour in 2013 was also at the same time from January 28 to February 3, 2013.

The defending champion in the individual Angelique Kerber could not defend your title due to injury. Last year's double winner did not defend your title as well, but Liezel Huber stepped in with the new partner and was able to advance to the final.

Winner of the single was the unseeded German Mona Barthel, who defeated the top- ten player and top seed Sara Errani 7-5, 7:64 in the final. She could so win her second WTA title and first Premier title. In doubles, Errani could be with her partner Roberta Vinci against Liezel Huber / Andrea Hlaváčková 6:1, 6:1 prevail.
