Armen Nazaryan

Poor Ljudwigowitsch Nasarjan ( Bulgarian Армен Назарян, Armenian Արմեն Նազարյան, born March 9, 1974 in Masis, Armenia ) is a Bulgarian wrestler of Armenian origin and two-time Olympic champion. Nasarjan starts since 1997 for Bulgaria in the Greco-Roman style in the class up to 58kg ( 60kg since 2002 ).

In the early 1990s, he celebrated his first success as Espoir. In 1993 he became world champion in Athens in 1994 in Istanbul European champions.

Nineteen year started Nasarian first time in 1993 at the Senior World Championships in Stockholm. Behind Raúl Martínez Alemán from Cuba, he took second place.

In his long career Nasarjan participated in the previous three Olympics, where he won the gold medal in 1996 and 2000. In 2004 he won the bronze medal. This Nasarjan has won a gold medal at the Olympic Games, both for Armenia, as well as for Bulgaria. These successes come three world championship titles and five European Championships, he could decide for themselves. Nasarjan 2005 is a member of the FILA International Wrestling Hall of Fame since September.
