Bobby Bolt

Bobby Bolt ( born April 29, 1987 in Thunder Bay, Ontario ) is a Canadian professional ice hockey player who was most recently at the Allen Americans of the Central Hockey League under contract.

Career

Bobby Bolt was first for the Thunder Bay Kings unterklassige ice hockey team in his hometown of active, in which the offensive player aground cooperation with the future NHL players Tom Pyatt and Marc Staal. In the 2003 / 04 season, the Canadians played primarily for the Strathroy Rockets in the Western Ontario Hockey League and also completed eight games for the London Knights of the top junior league Ontario Hockey League, where the links Sagittarius scored one goal. Before the start of the following season, Bolt was transferred together with Adam Nemeth in exchange for Bryan Rodney to the Kingston Frontenacs, where he fought his way to a place in the course of the same season.

NHL Entry Draft 2005, he was selected in the fifth round at 127th overall position of the Mighty Ducks of Anaheim. The attacker was two more years at the Frontenacs in use and completed in the 2006/07 season his statistically most successful season when he scored 56 points scorer in 67 games. In the same season, Bolt was also in five games for the Portland Pirates, a then farm team of the now renamed Anaheim Ducks franchise in the American Hockey League action.

The following year he went for the Augusta Lynx - another farm team of the Californian organization - in the ECHL on the ice and played four games for the Portland Pirates. For the season 2008/ 09 Bolt was included in the squad of the Bakersfield Condors after the Anaheim Ducks had ended the cooperation with the Augusta Lynx. There he found, however, mostly on the substitutes' bench again. After he was injured not gone well in the following season on the status of a replacement player, the attacker of the Anaheim Ducks to the Muskegon Lumberjacks was ordered in the International Hockey League. When franchise from Muskegon graduated he graduated as master force until the end of the season 73 IHL games. After the franchise ceased the operation of gambling in the summer of 2010, Bolt was initially without a club.

Before the start of the 2010 /11 winger received a contract with the Allen Americans of the Central Hockey League, was canceled after the preparation phase in October 2010 from the squad and resolved the ongoing contract prematurely.
