2010–11 CHL season
The 2010/11 season was the 19th regular season of the Central Hockey League. The 18 teams completed in the regular season per 66 encounters. The Central Hockey League was played in two Conferences. Before the season, the CHL merged with the International Hockey League, changed from the five teams in the CHL. The Bossier - Shreveport Mudbugs defeated in the playoff finals, the Colorado Eagles in seven games and won their first Ray Miron President's Cup.

- The Amarillo Gorillas stopped the game operation.
- The Corpus Christi IceRays stopped the game operation.
- The Bloomington PrairieThunder from the IHL were added as an expansion team in the league.
- The Dayton Gems of the IHL were added as an expansion team in the league.
- The Evansville Icemen of the IHL were added as an expansion team in the league.
- The Fort Wayne Komets of the IHL were added as an expansion team in the league.
- The Quad City Mallards of the IHL were added as an expansion team in the league.
