Geographical Location

Böbrach lies in the Danube- forest in the heart of the Bavarian Forest about 17 km east from Viechtach, 14 km north- west of the county town of rain and only 6 km from ground corn, where is the nearest train station, the forest path.

History

Böbrach belonged to Rentamt Straubing and the district court Viechtach in the Electorate of Bavaria. The jurisdictions were divided here between the district court and the district court Viechtach Linden.
