Bolshoy Lyakhovsky Island

The Great Liakhov Island (Russian Большой Ляховский, Yakut Ляхов улахан арыыта ) is the largest and southernmost of the islands in the archipelago Liakhov the New Siberian Islands.

The island is 4600 km ². Your highest with 293 m elevation, the Emy Tas, is located in the extreme southeast near the Cape Schalaurow. The 45- km-wide Laptev Strait separates the island from the Siberian mainland.
