Dave Steckel
David "Dave" Steckel ( born March 15, 1982 in West Bend, Wisconsin ) is an American professional ice hockey player who plays for the Anaheim Ducks of the National Hockey League since March 2013.
Career
The 1.96 m wide center began his career in the U.S. funding of the national youth teams during his college years he played for the Ohio State University in the play mode of the National Collegiate Athletic Association. NHL Entry Draft 2001 Links shooter was finally selected as 30 in the first round by the Los Angeles Kings.
Before he was transferred to the Washington Capitals, Steckel played for the Manchester Monarchs, a farm team of the Los Angeles Kings in the American Hockey League. His first NHL bets graduated from the attacker in the season 2005/ 06, the rest of the time he was employed by the Capitals at the Hershey Bears in the AHL.
From the season 2007/ 08 Dave Steckel was an integral root cadres of the Washington Capitals before he was delivered end of February 2011, shortly before the trade deadline in a transfer business in exchange for Jason Arnott to the New Jersey Devils. This transferred him shortly before the start of the 2011/12 season to the Toronto Maple Leafs. On March 15, 2013, was delivered to the Anaheim Ducks, which the right- winger Ryan Lasch and a seventh -round vote in the NHL Entry Draft in 2014 sent to Toronto in exchange.
