Dettighofen is a municipality in the district of Waldshut in Baden- Württemberg, Germany.

Geography

Geographical Location

Dettighofen located in Unterklettgau on a ridge about 150 feet above the Upper Rhine, five kilometers away. History

Dettighofen was first documented in 1272. At this time the village belonged to the monastery Rheinau, but this came in the 17th century in the possession of the city of Zurich.
