Djibouti national football team

The national football team of the African state of Djibouti is one of the weakest in the world. She could never qualified for the World Cup finals or Africa Championship. The Fédération de Football Djiboutienne occurred in 1994 at the FIFA, so the first games 1947-1988 will not be considered by FIFA.

The qualifying round of the African Cup 2002 was the first qualification was attended by the team. But they could not qualify. Djibouti first participated in the qualifiers for the 2010 World Cup, which served as a qualification for the African Cup in 2010 at the same time. The qualification ended Djibouti in the 2nd round with 2:30 as a group all last and could therefore not qualify for the African Cup of Nations 2010. In qualifying for the World Cup in Brazil Djibouti first met in return game to Namibia. Both games were lost with 0:4, thus Djibouti retired.
