Druzhba (Zhytomyr Oblast)

Druzhba (Ukrainian and Russian Дружба ) is an urban-type settlement in Rajon Olevsk in Ukraine's Zhytomyr Oblast.

The Rajonshauptstadt Olevsk located 20 km to the west, Zhytomyr 100 km southeast of the settlement, the settlement also includes the community Druzhba about 4 kilometers south -lying urban-type settlement Dibrova.

The village was founded after the Second World War to the development of the large quartz deposits in the area to promote 1961 Druzhba was officially founded and was given the rank of a urban-type settlement.
