Esme Mackinnon

Esmé MacKinnon ( born December 2, 1913 † 9 July 1999) was a British alpine skier. She went into the history of alpine skiing as the first World Champion. At the World Cup 1931 in Mürren she won all discharged Competitions - next slalom and downhill MacKinnon won in the two not officially evaluated competitions, the combination and the long run.

At the Arlberg - Kandahar Race 1933, also in Murren, Esmé MacKinnon won the slalom and the combination.
