Evian Thonon Gaillard F.C.
The Evian Thonon Gaillard Football Club ( in France often short Evian TG FC ) is a French football club originally south of Lake Geneva in the Haute- Savoie comes from Gaillard and now claims to be the entire region to Evian and Thonon -les- Bains to represent.
The club colors are red and white. Club president was until Christmas 2013 Patrick Trotignon that represents up to an election Joel Lopez. The first team was trained by the end of 2011 by Bernard Casoni, who despite his success (two climbs in a row) was replaced by Pablo Correa on January 2, 2012. History
It was founded in 1924 as FC Gaillard. Since a merger in 2003, he was named Football Croix de Savoie 74, in German " Cross of Savoy " ( the historic arms of the region). 2007 came the merger with Olympique Thonon Chablais and the name change to Olympique Croix de Savoie 74 In December 2008, the former French international Zinedine Zidane, Bixente Lizarazu and Alain Boghossian have jointly acquired shares in the corporation of the club. Venue
Since the Stade Municipal Louis Simon (2000 seats) in Gaillard the requirements for the National ( D3) did not meet, played the league team from 2005 to 2010 at the Stade Joseph- Moynat in Thonon- les- Bains, which has a capacity of 5000 seats.
