Fujie Eguchi

Fujie Eguchi (Japanese江口 冨 士 枝, Eguchi Fujie; born November 18, 1932 in Nagasaki ) is a former Japanese table tennis player. In the 1950s, she was one of the most successful table tennis players and won six world titles. She dominated mainly because of their great footwork. Fujie Eguchi played Offensive Table Tennis with the Japanese penholder grip. In 1997, she was inducted into the ITTF Hall of Fame.

Later she worked in the Table Tennis Association and Osaka in Japan Table Tennis Association, for which she directed the Women's Department, among others.

Fujie Eguchi has been married since 1960.
