Hélder Manuel Marques Postiga [ ɛɫðɛɾ puʃtiɣɐ ] ( born August 2, 1982 in Póvoa de Varzim ) is a Portuguese football player. Since 2013 he is the Spanish first division club FC Valencia under contract. Currently, however, he plays on loan at Lazio.

Hélder Postiga started his professional career in 2001 when he was promoted from the youth department of FC Porto in the first team. Under coach José Mourinho succeeded him on the side of strike partner Derlei the breakthrough.
