I'm Into You (Eng. I 'm on you) is a song by American singer Jennifer Lopez, which she recorded with rapper Lil Wayne. The song was as the second single from the album Love? published on April 1, 2011. The production was the song of the music group of producers Stargate.

Background

On 30 March 2011 Lopez appeared on Ryan Seacrest's morning radio show, On Air with Ryan Seacrest. There they talked about the release of their upcoming seventh studio album Love? and about their experiences on American Idol. They sang 32 seconds of her new single "I'm Into You ". Later on the same day was an online version of the song to the website of the magazine Rap -Up and leaked into the blogosphere. The song was used for an advertising campaign on Lopez's Facebook page. If enough fans would click on Facebook on the button "liked " the song would sooner be available in the iTunes Store. I'm into You finally appeared on 1 April 2011, four days earlier than planned.

Music Video

Lopez flew on April 2, 2011, after Chichen Itza in Mexico, where she made the music video by Melina Matsoukas and several photos from the video shoot posted via Twitter.

Commercial success

The song had its first relevant chart position on May 14, 2011 in the UK Singles Chart at number 44 on 11 June, the song peaked at number 10 and became Lopez's 15th top 10 hit in the UK. On May 21, the song placed only through digital downloads on number 72 on the Billboard Hot 100 next week the song fell out of the Hot 100, but again boarded the charts and recorded its highest placing at number 41 in Spain, France, Belgium, Norway and Italy was the song a Top - 40 hit. In Germany, the song was released relatively late and placed only on the basis of downloads on August 19 at number 18 in the Media Control Charts. The following week, it rose to 16th place
