Geography
Inzlingen is located in the border triangle of Germany, Switzerland and France. The municipal area extends from 314 m to 514 m.

Structures
- The landmark of Inzlingen is the water tower in 1511 first mentioned. The oldest representation is an engraving from the 17th century. At present the water castle, the town hall, a restaurant, conference rooms and a ballroom. The water palace was mapped to a 50 - cent postage stamp of the definitive stamp series Castles of Deutsche Post in 1980. Village and water Inzlingen were once owned by the rich kingdom of stone.
- The oldest house in the village is the reichensteinische Meier house from 1580. The water castle neighboring buildings in the Gothic style falls by its gable wall and its pretty facade with sundial on.

Regular events
Every year in September takes place the Inzlinger Waiefest on the lawn in front of the water tower. Once a year, on Ascension Day, the vintage tractors or on even calendar years meet in the odd calendar years, the vintage motorcycles in the town center at the church. The meetings are already nationally known and are well attended.
Each year during carnival time an event of " Guggemusik Schlösslisymphoniker " instead. This storm countless " fool " the Inzlinger center or the Inzlinger Erstelhalle.
Economy and infrastructure
The village has developed after the Second World War from a small agricultural town into a residential community of Greater Basel.

Inzlingen houses the Butt Mountain Elementary School.
