Jeff Tory

Jeffrey Tory ( born May 5, 1973 in Burnaby, British Columbia) is a Canadian professional ice hockey player. Most recently, he played with the Eispiraten Crimmitschau from the 2nd Bundesliga on the position of the defender.

Career

Tory began his career in the team from the University of Maine in the U.S. College Football NCAA (Hockey East) and changed for the 1996/ 97 in the American Hockey League. In the same year he completed 54 games for the Canadian National team, scoring 45 points. After several years in the International Hockey League in the summer of 2001 he moved to Europe in the German Hockey League to the Kassel Huskies.

In total, he spent six years in the German Elite League, stood half that time with the DEG Metro Stars under contract, signed him before the Austrian record holder EC KAC for the 2007 /08 season. Drew it in Germany or by a hard shot from the blue line, so he succeeded in Klagenfurt, set up the season club record for templates with 40 assists in 49 games. In the following two seasons, he was especially offensively good performance. Nevertheless became known in the spring of 2010 that the club does not extended the contract with him. For the season 2010/11 Tory was taken from the HDD Olimpija Ljubljana under contract. After the season he went back to Germany, where he signed a contract with the Bundesliga second Eispiraten Crimmitschau.
