Karacan the national team of Turkey ( 2007)

Jem Karacan Paul ( born February 21, 1989 in Catford, London) is a Turkish footballer Northern Cyprus origin. He plays the position of midfielder since 2007 for the English club Reading.

Childhood and education

Karacan was the son of the Turkish father, who immigrated at a young age from the central Anatolian province of Aksaray to England, and an English mother in London's Catford on the world and grew up here.

Career

Association

Jem Karacan signed in July 2007, his first professional contract with FC Reading, after he had gone through four years in the youth academy of the club. The club gave him from October 2007 to January 2008 for AFC Bournemouth in the Football League One, where he regularly came into use until then. It was followed by another loan at FC Millwall. He returned in the summer of 2008 back to Reading and managed to establish himself in the team of the Royals. In the 2008 /09 season, he received 15 applications in the Championship, where he managed a goal for Reading. In the season 2009/10 Karacan belonged to the tribe squad of the club and completed the majority of the games.

National

Karacan fell early on the talent scouts of the Turkish Football Federation and was nominated in 2006 for the Turkish U-17 Youth National Team. After his debut on 21 February 2006 during a test match against the Russian U -17, he received regular nominations for the various youth national teams of Turkey.

In February 2012, he was nominated for the first time for the second selection of the Turkish national football team and made his debut in a friendly against Estonia's second choice.

To compensate for injury -related failures, he was re-nominated in the squad of the Turkish national football team before the World Cup 2014 qualifying match against the Hungarian national football team, together with Serdar Kurtuluş.
