Joe Wilson (U.S. politician)

Addison Graves "Joe" Wilson ( born July 31, 1947 in Charleston, South Carolina) is an American politician. Since 2001 he represents the state of South Carolina in the U.S. House of Representatives.

Career

Joe Wilson visited in Virginia until 1969, the Washington and Lee University. Then he studied until 1972 at the University of South Carolina in Columbia Jura. Between 1972 and 1975 he was part of the reserve of the U.S. Army. He was also a member of the National Guard of South Carolina. Full-time Wilson worked as a lawyer.

Wilson is a member of the Republican Party. Between 1981 and 1982 he was a consultant to the Department of Energy. He worked for several years Thurmond on the staff of U.S. Senator stream and then for Congressman Floyd Spence. Between 1984 and 2001 Wilson sat in the Senate of South Carolina.
