Junkers T 23

The Junkers T 23 is based on the experiences you had made with the type Junkers T 21. Also designed as a high-wing, a 59 -kW Gnôme -Rhône rotary engine came here different from other Junkers aircraft.

Purpose of this test aircraft T 23E were studies on the improvements in flight characteristics. For this purpose, a second, smaller lower wing could be mounted so that a biplane, type T 23D arose. It was originally planned that guy to sell to flight schools, so that you could start the beginner training with a biplane and a monoplane normal could continue to train on the same type later.

A total of four aircraft were built in 1923 and flown in flight school operations.
