Kendall Marshall

Kendall Dewan Marshall ( born August 19, 1991) is an American professional basketball player. He is currently with the Los Angeles Lakers in the NBA under contract. During the college years, he attended the University of North Carolina ( UNC) and was for the basketball team, the North Carolina Tar Heels, active. At this time he was awarded the Bob Cousy Award, which is awarded annually to the best point guard on the collegiate level.

Career

College

Marshall attended Bishop Denis J. O'Connell High School in Virginia, near his hometown. At 19, however, he moved to the University of North Carolina and was henceforth active for the North Carolina Tar Heels resident. Already in his freshman season, he was able to secure a place in the starting five after half a year after teammate Larry Drew II had left the team in February 2011.
