Kirchendemenreuth is a municipality in the Upper Palatinate district of Neustadt an der Waldnaab and a member of the administrative community Neustadt an der Waldnaab.

Geography
Geographical Location
The community, the area is also referred to as " partner country ", is surrounded by the cities Pressath in the West, Windischeschenbach in the east, heritage village in the north and the Old City Waldnaab the south by the southern foothills of the Fichtelgebirge and the stone forest.

History
Kirchendemenreuth now in the district Upper Palatinate was the seat of one of the seven courts of the Community Office Park Stone pastures, where ruled the Parksteiner Landrichter along with twelve jurors in cases of high and low jurisdiction. From 1714 it belonged to the Duchy of Pfalz- Sulzbach completely, since 1777, it is part of the Electorate of Bavaria.
Incorporations
On 1 July 1972, the until then independent municipality Wenders Reuth and parts of the territory of the dissolved municipalities old park Stone and Schwandstrasse were incorporated. Klobenreuth joined them on 1 January 1978.

Policy
Mayor is Franz Schneider (CSU ). He was the successor of Hans Lukas (CSU ) in 2002.
Coat of arms
Blazon: In black behind a silver edge links bar above curved golden Haferhalm.
The emblem has been used since 1982.
