List of ATP number 1 ranked doubles players
The list of world number one in men's tennis (double ) lists all the leaders of the double vote of the tennis world ranking of ATP on since the introduction of the rankings on March 1, 1976.
The page leads initially to all leaders of the rankings in chronological order. In other tables the world number one will end and the point best player pairings of the year and the individual players who held the No. 1 position, sorted by the number of weeks at the top of the rankings shown.
A total of 46 players had since the introduction of the rating held the top of the tennis world rankings. World Ranking Leader was the South Africans Bob Hewitt, current leader is the Americans Bob and Mike Bryan. Mike Bryan also holds the records for most weeks at the top of the world rankings in total ( 374 ) and the most completed at No. 1 in the world rankings seasons ( 8). Together, the two brothers Bryan were also in nine seasons leading the team standings, which is also a record. The record for the most consecutive weeks at the top of the double rating keeps the Australians Todd Woodbridge with 125 weeks.
