Lydia Cheromei

Lydia Cheromei ( born May 11, 1977 Baringo District ) is a Kenyan long-distance runner.

At first she was successful as a cross and track runner. At the World Cross Country Championships 1991, she was Junior World Champion in the World Cross Country Championships in 2000, she finished fourth, and in 2001 she won the bronze medal.
