Margot Glockshuber

Margot Glockshuber ( born June 26, 1949 in Frankfurt am Main ) is a former German figure skater, which was launched in pair skating.

She represented the SC Riessersee. Your figure skating partner was Wolfgang Danne. With him it was 1967 and 1968 German pair skating champion. In the period from 1965 to 1968 denied Glockshuber and Danne World and European Championships. At the European Championships, they won the bronze medal in 1966 and 1967 the silver medal. Their only World Cup medal they won in 1967 in Vienna, where they were runner-up behind Lyudmila Belousova and Oleg Protopopov from the Soviet Union. At the 1968 Olympic Games in Grenoble, the pair won bronze. After the end of her amateur career Glockshuber and Danne occurred until 1972 on at the Ice Capades revue.
