Mooball-Nationalpark

The Mooball National Park is a national park in the far northeast of the Australian state of New South Wales, 648 km north-east of Sydney and 45 km north-east of Lismore.

The park is located north-east of Mount Jerusalem National Park, just 10 kilometers from the coast. The National Park was formerly known as Mooball State Forest and, with its sub-tropical lowland rain forests, which cover about a third of its surface, an important biotope is dar. limitations of the Park through the Codong Range and the Burringbar Range, both mountains, the lowland facing slopes are integrated also in the park. Their peaks rise to between 40 m and 391 m. Around the park, the land is used for logging, cattle grazing and as banana plantations.
