Néchin

Néchin is a village and for some time part of the Belgian city Estaimpuis in the Walloon Region in the province of Hainaut, near the border with France. In the city there is the church of Saint- Amand.

More recently (2012 ) Néchin has become known as a temporary residence of French tax evaders, so the actor Gérard Depardieu and the Association Familiale Mulliez, the owners of the company Auchan. They all seek to circumvent the new tax laws of the French President François Hollande.
