Manager of the team is Angelo Citracca. Sports director Luca Scinto.
The team in 2009 by the Ukrainian financial -industrial group Industrial Union of Donbass (ISD Industrialnyj Soyuz Donbass ) and the Italian metal industrial equipment manufacturer Danieli was sponsored. ISD rose the end of the season out of the sponsorship of the team and sponsors since 2011 the team Lampre- ISD. Main sponsor was from 2011 to 2013 Farnese Vini, the last year under the brand name Vini Fantini. Second title sponsor in 2012 and 2013 was the Radsattelhersteller Selle Italia. After the two doping cases Mauro Santambrogio and Danilo Di Luca and the withdrawal of the sponsor Vini Fantini the team in 2014, supported by the food company Neri sottoli the bike brand Cipollini and textile company Alé.
Team owner was until 2013 the British company Croft Sports Ltd, based in London. In 2014, the Italian company Yellow Fluo Pro Cycling Tean Srl took over the operation. The name Yellow Fluo was used colloquially before the 2014 season, playing on the fluoriszierende yellow of the team jerseys to.
