Operation Roller Coaster
Operation Roller Coaster was a series of American nuclear weapons testing, which was conducted in 1963 on the Tonopah Test Range. The tests were used to study the release of the plutonium during storage and possible accidents during transport. An uncontrolled detonation was not expected.
