Peace, Love & Truth is the title of a compilation album of John Lennon.
Genesis
In August 2005, EMI released (EMI South East Asia), a compilation album of John Lennon, which was published mainly in Asia and Australia. The compilation of songs is unusual compared to other compilation albums by John Lennon. There are only seven single A - sides on albums, two demo recordings of John Lennon ( Real Love (Short Version) and Help Me to Help Myself ); two sung by Yoko Ono Title ( Give Peace a Chance (Y2K ) and lists the Snow Is Falling ); a reinterpretation of Give Peace a Chance, as well as six songs from the studio albums by John Lennon.
Give Peace a Chance Remix 2005 ( featuring The Voices of Asia) is a re-recording of the song with Asian singers, with passages of the original recording are displayed. Give Peace a Chance (Y2K ) is a complete re-recording and re-interpretation of Yoko Ono. Listen the Snow Is Falling is the B- side of the single Happy Xmas (War Is Over). The term (Remix) behind eight songs indicates that these shots of the neuabgemischten re-releases that were published between 2000 and 2005 come from.
The CD comes with a 16- page booklet.
Publication
Since the CD was released regionally and only available through import is, she reached the charts either in the U.S., UK and Germany. A publication in the LP format was not made.
