Pitasch
Pitasch ( [ pita ː ʃ ]? / I ) until December 31, 2013, municipality in the district of Val Lumnezia Surselva the canton of Graubünden in Switzerland. On 1 January 2014 merged with the former municipalities Pitasch Castrisch, Duvin, Ilanz, Ladir, luffing, Pigniu, Riein, Rueun, Ruschein, Schnaus, Sevgein, Siat the new community Ilanz / Glion.

Geography
The municipality is located on a terrace between the Rieinertobel (Romanesque Val Renastga ) in the north and the Pitascherboden (Romanesque Val da Pitasch ) in the south. The regional center Ilanz is 4.5 km away. The municipal area rises from Glenner to Guner Horn (Romanesque Piz Gün, 2'851 m above sea level. M. ) from west to east. Of the total municipal area of 1,081 ha 531 ha of woods and forests are covered. Additional 339 acres can be used for agriculture, mostly as a mountain pastures. In addition to 195 ha of unproductive area (mostly mountains) there are 16 ha settlement area.
Population
From the end of 2004 119 inhabitants were 117 ( = 98.32 %), Swiss nationals. The majority of the population speaks Sursilvan and is reformed.
