Richard Jareš

Richard Jareš ( born February 23, 1981 in Hradec Králové, Czechoslovakia) is a Czech professional ice hockey player since 2013 to play in the Iserlohn Roosters of the Deutsche Eishockey Liga.

Career

Richard Jareš began playing hockey in the youth department of the HC Hradec Králové. In 1999 he moved to HC Vitkovice and played for the U20 team. For the 2000/01 season he signed for White Tigers Liberec and played the first two years mainly for the junior team. In the 2001 /02 season Jareš played some games for the men's team, which managed to move up to the Extraliga. From 2002 to 2005 he played 41 games in the Extraliga for Liberec. Mainly denied Jareš but on loan games in the second-class league for the first IHC Pisek and HC Berounsti Medvědi and BK Mladá Boleslav. For the season 2005/ 06 he moved to HC Orli Znojemsti. In the 2007 /08 season Jareš shot with eleven goals the most hits of all defenders in the league. In 2008 he started the season in the team HC České Budějovice and then returned for a year and half back to White Tigers Liberec. In 2010, he reached with his team the semifinals of the playoffs and signed for next season at HC Litvinov. In the season 2011/12 Jareš was the top scoring defender of his team. In the summer of 2012, he coached at the Lusatian foxes from the 2nd Bundesliga and then returned for the season 2012 /13 HC Litvinov. Beginning of August 2013 joined the Iserlohn Roosters of the Deutsche Eishockey Liga and Jareš a tryout contract, which ran until September 12, 2013. During the preparation period, he was able to convince so that the Roosters the contract on September 8, extended until the end of the 2013/14 season.
