The Savanna Township is one of 12 townships in Carroll County in the northwestern part of the U.S. state of Illinois.

Geography

The Savanna Township is located in northwest Illinois on the Mississippi River, which forms the border with Iowa. The border with Wisconsin is located about 70 km north.

The Savanna Township is located at 42 ° 04'08 " north latitude and 90 ° 07'39 " west longitude and covers 54.19 km ², it spread over 34.59 km ² land and 19.4 km ² water surface.
