Steen Thychosen

Steen Thychosen ( born September 22, 1958 in Vejle ) is a Danish former football player and coach.

Career

Thychosen began his career in 1976 with Vejle BK. There he could win the Danish Cup in 1977 and a year later the Danish Championship. After these successes, he moved to Germany in 1978 to Borussia Mönchengladbach. There he celebrated his greatest international success by winning the UEFA Cup with the Germans in 1979. Thychosen was not used in the final. In 1981, he went to Belgium to RWD Molenbeek.

In 1983 he returned to his tribe club Vejle BK and was able to celebrate the 1984 Danish championship for the second time. In the same year he was drafted into the squad the Danish selection for the 1984 European Championship in France, but Thychosen was not used. A year later, he tried his luck in Switzerland near Lausanne -Sports. He returned home in 1987 in the back, turn to Vejle BK, and let his career until 1992 there bar. From 2003-2004 he was the coach of the Vejle BK.
