Sun Tiantian
Sun Tian Tian (Chinese孙甜甜/孙甜甜, Pinyin Sun Tiántián; * 12 October 1981 in Zhengzhou, Henan ) is a former Chinese tennis player.
Career
Sun Tian Tian in 1999 pro. First they played on Challenger tournaments, soon after then on the WTA tour, on which they could celebrate their single title in the individual 2006 in Tashkent. She defeated there in the finals, the Uzbek Iroda Tulyaganova 6-2, 6-4.
Much more successful was the Chinese in doubles. She won 13 ITF also next twelve WTA doubles title. However, the greatest triumph of her career, she celebrated at the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens. With its permanent doubles partner Li Ting defeated the Spanish pair Conchita Martinez and Virginia Ruano Pascual in the final smooth with 6:3, 6:3.
Their only title victory in a Grand Slam tournament she succeeded in 2008 in the mixed competition of the Australian Open on the side of Nenad Zimonjic.
