Toei Animation
Toei Animation K. K. (Japanese東映.アニメーション 株式会社, Toei Animēshon Kabushiki - gaisha, Eng. Toei Animation Co., Ltd. ) is a traded on the JASDAQ film studio for the production of anime.
History
1948, the company Toei, which produced live-action movies in particular that ran as supporting films in cinemas, as well as the animation studio Nihon Doga KK (日本 动画 株式会社, dt " Japan - Animations" ) was founded.

In the original Japanese version, all roles were spoken by only two voice actors.
Toei Animation built in the coming years its position as today the undisputed market leader in the field of anime ever. In the initial phase of the modern anime industry many well-known artists such as Osamu Tezuka and Oscar winner Hayao Miyazaki have at least worked for a time for the studio.
In 1969 ( taken in the rental長靴をはいた猫, in the GDR as Puss in Boots, in the FRG as Perix the cat and the three Mausketiere ), whose main character, the cat Pero, since the film Nagagutsu o Haita Neko was mascot of the studio.

Izumi Todo
In some works (eg DoReMi, Ashita no Nadja and Pretty Cure ) by Toei Animation is (東堂 いづみ, Izumi Todo ) indicated as creator Izumi Todo. This is like Hajime Yatate of Sunrise, however, no real person, but a collective pseudonym of staff at Toei Animation. The name is derived from Toei Doga Oizumi the studio, Oizumi the district in which the production studio is in January 1957.

New Projects
To save production costs, Toei Animation has switched from the traditional animation technique of painted using films to the full build on the computer a few years ago. Also 3D - animations can be integrated more frequently.
In the years 2001 to 2003 produced the studio Interstella 5555 - The 5tory of the 5ecret 5tar 5ystem, the first anime musical.
