United Nations Security Council Resolution 1984

Resolution 1984 of the UN Security Council was adopted on 9 June 2011, Recalling resolutions 1696, 1737, 1747, 1803, 1835, 1887 and 1929. The resolutions referred to treat all the behavior of the Iran and non-proliferation.

The Security Council extended the mandate of an expert group to monitor sanctions against the Iranian nuclear program for a further year to 9 June 2012., The expert group is to the Security Council by 9 December 2011 and the end of its mandate to report.

The introduced from Germany, France, Great Britain and the United States resolution was adopted by 14 votes and the abstention of Lebanon.
