United Nations Security Council Resolution 1991

The mandate of the Mission de l' Organisation des Nations Unies en République Démocratique du Congo (MONUC ) was for a year until 30 June 2012, ie on the election in the Democratic Republic of Congo 2011 and beyond, extended.

It also calls on all relevant persons on an " environment for a free, fair, credible, inclusive, transparent, peaceful and timely electoral process to ensure ".
