Ust-Yansky District

The Ust- Janski ulus (Russian Усть - Янский улус, also Усть - Янский район, rajon Ust- Janski; Yakut улууһа Усуйаана, Usujaana uluuha ) is one of the 34 Ulusse ( Rajons ) of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia ) in the north of the Russian Federation circle Furthermore, East. It lies in the north of the republic on the coast of the Laptev Sea, a marginal sea of the Arctic Ocean.

Geography

The Ulus has an area of about 120,300 km ², slightly more than one third of Germany. His area includes the lower reaches and estuary of Jana.
