Weightlifting at the 2012 Summer Olympics – Men's 69 kg

The Men's Weightlifting in the class up to 69 kg ( lightweight ) at the 2012 Olympic Games in London was held on 31 July 2012 at the Exhibition Centre London. It came to 24 athletes.

The competition consisted of two parts: Tear ( Snatch ) and put ( Clean and Jerk ). The participants were divided into two groups at first in the snatch, in which they had three attempts. Who did not have a valid attempt was eliminated. In pushing each starter had three attempts again. Won The athlete with the highest weight added together. In the event of a tie, the lower body weight tipped the scales.

Lin Qinfengs gold medal meant the third Chinese victory in a row for a total of five wins in this weight class. Triyatno won the first medal of Indonesia in this weight class.
