Divilacan, Isabela

Divilacan (Filipino: Bayan ng Divilacan ) is a Philippine municipality in the province of Isabela, Administrative Region II, Cagayan Valley. It has 5034 inhabitants ( census May 1, 2010 ) living in 12 barangays. Classified as a congregation of the second income class in the Philippines and as a partially urbanized.

Divilacan located in the northeast of the province, on the coast of the Philippine Sea. The municipality is located in the massif of the Sierra Madre. It is located 456 km north of Manila and is accessible via the Marhalika Highway and anschlßend of Ilagan - accessible Divilacan Road. Your neighboring municipalities are Maconacon in the north, Tumauini in the West, Ilagan City in the south.

Divilacan is known primarily for its location in the Northern Sierra Madre Natural Park, this is since 2006 on the suggestion list for inclusion in the UNESCO World Heritage List.
